My husband has a way, in fact so do I, to talk prospective new hires out of coming to work for GMS / American Patriot – we give it a shot and still they come and God keeps bringing them in. To God be The Glory.

If you thought you were awesome, working here you will be humbled. Only a few thrive long term, some simply survive until God’s time is up for them here, many come for seasons and reasons beyond my understanding but my heart exults over His Provision. He has made it abundantly clear that this is His (Psalm 50:10)! I have seen and experienced much In The Way. But mainly, by God’s Amazing Grace, The Segway is The Cross of Christ. You will grow, you will be disciplined, you will be taught that God is worthy to be praised and that He is The end all be all when the world and your own pride would like you to think that you are. You will be full of unspeakable Joy because of His Sanctifying heart work going on but it won’t be pleasant, it will be hard, a peeling back, cutting off of dead layers you didn’t even know were a hindrance to you. Tears will flow both from pain and grief of losing yourself and gain because of Jesus Christ.

The Invitation is open, but I warn, do not come with me on the road to Calvary. You can’t, even if you wanted, God Alone sets you on His Eternity Shores. But as much as I would love for it to be a casual bed of rose’s, do not come, it is humiliating, set apart, divisive, treacherous, full of discipline and constant wonder where Love is so great, I can no longer be my own. When I prefer omission, He brings me to submission. Stay back. Come only, if you are able to risk death of self and gaining Christ. This is Why You Will Come.

John 6:37-39 All those The Father gives Me Will Come to Me, and whoever comes to Me I will never drive away. For I have come down from Heaven not to do My Will but to do The Will of Him Who sent Me. And this is The Will of Him Who sent Me, that I shall lose none of all those He has given Me, but raise them up at The Last Day.
