I’m Afraid….we are no where near ready for persecution in America.
We are still far too consumed with our life and our right.

Matthew 16:24-26 ²⁴ Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wants to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and be following Me. ²⁵ For whoever wants to save his life will lose it. But whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. ²⁶ For what will a person be profited if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his life? Or what will a person give in-exchange-for his life?

Deny yourself, pick up your cross and follow Jesus.

What is “your cross”
The cross is a symbol of death, suffering, humiliation, torture.

Jesus took it all so the Redemptive cross would be a representation of Forgiveness, Perfect Love, His Life (The Life), The Truth, The Way and My Blessed Assurance.

How does “my life” play into that?
It doesn’t.
In Him, I Live, I Move, I Have my being.

Count the cost.

This is The Grace of God.
