Jesus Is The Way and The Truth and The Life

This week and last week I had some divine appointments that begged me to ask the question in the assembly and fellowship of The Saints, “Does God Hate?”. I received some no’s and some yes’s. Love overwhelmed me to share The Truth.
“Yes He absolutely does.”

If God does not hate He would not have poured out His wrath on the Sinless Savior Lamb of God. This Love is provocative and full of mercy but also full of judgement towards His One and Only Son Who came down from heaven to take the sinners place, my place.
How does one reconcile such a Perfect, Sacrificial Love? Shouldn’t that leave us in a state of Unrelenting guilt, especially since I can’t compete? Absolutely unless by God’s Grace He takes that guilt and turns it to Love. If this Love of Christ The Savior and King, God’s Amazing Grace, doesn’t compel you to repentance, turning away from self towards The Lord then there is No grace for you and that He hates. God Is Judge.

Proverbs 6:16-19
[16] There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: [17] haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, [18] a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, [19] a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.

John 3:3-8
[3] Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” [4] “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!” [5] Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. [6] Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. [7] You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’ [8] The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

Hebrews 12:18-29
[18] You have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness, gloom and storm; [19] to a trumpet blast or to such a voice speaking words that those who heard it begged that no further word be spoken to them, [20] because they could not bear what was commanded: “If even an animal touches the mountain, it must be stoned to death.” [21] The sight was so terrifying that Moses said, “I am trembling with fear.” [22] But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, [23] to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, [24] to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. [25] See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven? [26] At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” [27] The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain. [28] Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, [29] for our “God is a consuming fire.”

Joyfully His,

Rachel
