There is this Truth: that we are able to receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, therefore making Him The Lord of our life is the greatest act of God’s Grace…how we respond in Faith to the greatest act of His Mercy is life altering, life changing, a redemptive miracle. We are then no long bound to life’s whims, our bitter hearts, our selfish manipulative conditional love, we are no longer bound by the enemy of our heart who is a hider and a deceiver, we are set free from sin’s power, our selfish, prideful nature, we die to our-self, bound and raised to New Life instead in the redemptive grace of His Righteousness, and He gives us the Will to desire Him, and to Trust Him, instead of trusting ourselves, then we understand that everything is permissible but not everything is beneficial (1 Corinthians 10:23) but we need The Spirit of God within us (John 3:6-8) to discern and give us His power to surrender, overcome ourselves, therefore surrendering to The Perfect Will of God. We will only then rightly fear God and see His Holiness bringing us to repentance therefore, understanding our desperate need for Him to Save us…we are so deserving of His violent wrath, but Your mercy Lord has pursued me so that I might Live for You! Thank you for giving me breath to praise You here this morning. Do you know This Savior? How does that affect you? Your relationships? I pray God gives you eyes to see you sin against a Holy Righteous God again today, that you may have compassion and forgiveness towards all relationships. Life is short, do you know Whose you are? Son/Daughter of God – cling to the cloak of His Robe.
message me if you aren’t sure you are a Child of God…realize The Lord has awakened you today.
But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through Him! Romans 5:8-9
But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. 1 John 1:9
God Is…
Self-Sufficient
Self-Reliant
Self-Satisfied
Self-Sustaining
Self-Existent
We are non of those things…We are utterly dependent on Him for all of those things.
The way out of folly is to rightly fear The Lord. To do so, we must rightly see Him. Calling on Him as “The Lord”!
